Flashed deck-to-structure connections for watertight joints.
We have seen too many poorly flashed decks cause major structural damage. We ensure that metal flashing is installed and well-sealed. This protects both the house and deck from decay and water intrusion.
RAILING STRENGTH
Bolted railing posts for added strength and easy maintenance.
On all of our traditional railing systems, we utilize 1/2 diameter through bolts on all posts. This means the railings will support loads above what is required by code. Additionally, it means that maintenance is easier and worry-free.
