FLASHING & WATERPROOFING

"Double Flashed" deck-to-structure connections for watertight joints.

We have seen too many poorly flashed decks cause major structural damage. We bend our own flashing and create a watertight joint to protect both the house and deck from decay and water intrusion. This means you won't have to worry about any issues down the road due to a sloppy job.

RAILING STRENGTH

Bolted railing posts for added strength and easy maintenance.

On all of our traditional railing systems, we utilize 1/2 diameter through bolts on all posts. This means the railings will support loads above what is required by code. Additionally, it means that maintenance is easier and worry-free.

FOOTINGS TO LAST

Whether old school or high tech, our footings stand the test of time.

In the last decade, we have seen many new products on the market surrounding footings. We can find the product that will fit best for you. From high-strength concrete to newer pier style options, we have the expertise and resources to get the job done right.
